The Inter-Agency Data Share System provides the Hillsborough County Court System with the ability to send and receive data to and from the various agencies and court programs in Hillsborough County including the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County Sheriff, State Attorney, Public Defender, Tampa Police Department, and the 13th Judicial District Court. This interface enables the processing of Booking, Case Number Assignment, Warrant, Charge, Bond, Jail Status and Release, and Court Dates as well as Attorney Assignments. The interface queries, appends and updates records within the Oracle based ACS BANNER Courts System. Messages submitted provide real time updates to BANNER versus manually re-entering data, therefore bypassing redundant and error prone data entry.

This front-end application enables operators to process over the counter Point of Sale Cash Register transactions throughout the Clerk’s Office and it’s satellite operations. The application handles the transaction processing of Traffic Infractions, Traffic Court Appearances, Deposit to Accounts, Partial Pay, Miscellaneous Receipts and Voids along with updates to the Traffic System HP3000 database. This application was rewritten from an outdated COBOL application and required extensive research and analysis with several departments and personnel to enable completion due to the lack of functional & technical specifications.

The AANC Test Specimen Library Database supports the management, experiment planning, analysis, and NDI assessments for the AANC program. The AANC Test Specimen Library consists of an array of full-scale representative sections of airframe and engine structures, which contain natural or engineered flaws and defects in know locations. The defects are representative of those encountered in the field. The application enables storage and retrieval of test sample and experimenter information, such as description, history, NDI test results, including reports, data, and images from various specimen characterizations. The database enables the AANC to archive, retrieve data and automate results comparisons and correlation between different inspection and NDI techniques. Numerous software utilities have been created and integrated into the application to assist with image and data analysis.
